Shipping Policy

Note: VITAS ships domestically within the United States only. For questions about your order or shipping, please use the contact form.
1. Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days of receipt and payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once an order has shipped.
2. Temperature-Controlled Packaging
All research compounds will be shipped in temperature-controlled packaging appropriate for each product category:
- Lyophilized Peptides: Shipped with gel ice packs in insulated containers. Suitable for transit times up to 3 days.
- Dry Powder Compounds: Shipped in sealed, moisture-resistant packaging.
- Temperature Monitoring: Temperature indicators may be included for high-value shipments.
3. Domestic Shipping
Estimated domestic transit times once ordering is live:
- Standard (3–5 business days)
- Expedited (2 business days)
- Overnight (next business day, available in select regions)
Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
4. International Shipping
International shipping availability will vary by country due to import regulations governing research chemicals. By placing an international order, you represent that:
- Importation of the ordered compounds is legal in your country.
- You hold any required permits or licenses for import.
- You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- You understand that customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.
5. Restricted Destinations
VITAS will not ship to jurisdictions where research peptides or compounds are explicitly prohibited by law. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any destination at our sole discretion for compliance reasons.
6. Delivery Address
Orders must be shipped to a verifiable business, institutional, or research facility address. We reserve the right to request address verification or proof of institutional affiliation before fulfilling an order.
7. Lost or Stolen Shipments
VITAS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
