All products sold by VITAS Research are intended for research purposes only. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final and we do not accept returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vitasresearch.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have been processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
